The product was exactly what I ordered, of good quality and easy to use however, it took over a month for me to get my order when on the website it said 5 to 10 business days for processing

I went back and looked at your order details. Your order was placed June 22 (this was a Saturday, so the 24th would be the 1st business day) and was mailed on July 9th, making it 11 business days.

Please note that while this was mailed 1 day late, the processing times state that it is an estimated time frame and that if you would like your items sooner, I do offer rush shipping, which will have your items out within 2 business days.

I did see that once it left my hands, the post office did take several days to deliver, however, once it leaves here, I have no control on how long it will take for shipment from me to you. I do ship everything 3 day priority, but the post office doesn't always get it there in that time.

I do appreciate the feedback on the item being of good quality and easy to use.
