Poor quality

I had to trim an extra 1/2 inch off vinyl because it was not printed well. Although, the purple roses was printed fine.

I never got any messages about this. I did reach out asking what the exact issues was but got no reply.
If this was printed a little too large, I would have been happy to address and fix the issue, but was not given the opportunity.
I have sold this same design to several people with no issues, so I’m assuming I sent her the larger version on accident.
It could have been easily fixed and I wish I had been given the chance to
