This is for a 1 on 1, 1 hour class though Zoom for learning how to use your Roland and add cut lines, among a list of other helpful tips, tricks and settings.
I go over a TON of information, to get you going and on the path to success with this machine.
This is specifically for the BN20 and BN20a. If you have another machine, I can not guarantee that Versa Works works the same, but cut lines WILL be the same for any Roland machine.

These will be done on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 1pm (ending class by 2) central time

You will need the following already installed;
*Silhouette business edition
*Adobe Illustrator WITH the Roland swatches downloaded and installed (You can find their swatches on their website and you can find tutorials on YouTube on how to install these into your AI to be ready to go)
*Zoom
*Something to take notes on and/or record with
*A timer of some sort to keep track of how much time we have left
I will teach you how to;
*Upload and size your files properly
*Get the proper artboard size
*Cut your designs so all colors have a "bleed" matching each color of your design, vs just a traditional solid black line around your design.
*Deleting cut lines you do not want
*Upload into Versa Works and add your cut line color
*Put your jobs together to get the most out of your material, and the least waste
*Set up ques for different materials and explain why you should do this

*Among a list of other tips and tricks and you are welcome to ask questions or have me repeat anything to you again if you don't understand
Please note the following..
*Programs need to be downloaded, installed and checked prior to the class.
*I only set aside enough time for the 1 hour. If we reach the end of the class and you have more questions, you will need to schedule another class.
*Please take notes and screen record in some way, so you can refer back to things at a later date, as it will be easy to forget some of the things shown, since you will be learning multiple things at once.
